Our Mission:
Victory Life Church’s mission is that we exist to see people transformed by Jesus.

The best way we have found to describe the overall environment we are striving to create within our church, that gives people the most opportunities to grow and mature in their walk with Christ, is our Ecosystem. Our Ecosystem is made up of 3 environments: Worship, Community and Serving.

In our Worship Environment we strive to create an atmosphere that allows you to encounter and respond to God in a real and deep way. Our Community Environment consists of our Life Groups, where we believe real life change happens through relationships. The Serving Environment is found in our Grow Teams, where we believe there is a place for you to make an impact in the lives of others in the church with your unique abilities and passions. We help you get engaged in these environments through Next Steps, where you can discover more about who God is, who Victory Life Church is, and who you were created to be.

Will Harper is the VLC Stillwater Campus Lead Pastor

Pastor Will is from South Florida and moved to Oklahoma to attend Rhema Bible College where He met his wife Melissa who is from Michigan. They both graduated in 2002 and have been in ministry ever since. Pastor Will and Melissa have been married 17 years and live in Stillwater with their three children.  Their heart is to LEAD others to ANCHOR their lives in RELATIONSHIP with God through FAITH in His WORD!
